Obamacare, What Does This Means to You And Me?

According to the way the Supreme Court ruled, the  MANDATE and I emphasize the word MANDATE,  says that you must have coverage by 2014 either public or private by 2014 or face a tax penalty. And by 2016, when the law is full force that tax penalty will be close to $695 per person..

And if you already have and want to keep your current Health Insurance?

It’s kind of like  requiring everyone to purchase auto insurance whether or not they drive a car.

What can you and I expect from this ObamaTax?    This ObamaTax, or if you prefer to call it  Obamacare contains at least 20 tax hikes on our families and on our  businesses adding up to almost $420 billion, (the Billion with a “B”). The Medicare TAX rises by nearly 1% on salaries and self-employed income in 2013. Investment income gets walloped too. Maximum federal tax rates on long-term gains go to 23.8% in 2013 versus today's 15%.And, the maximum rate on dividends goes to 43.3% up from 15 percent now

 Moreover this bill will add over $500 billion to the National debt.

Will Obamacare cause insurance premiums to rise?

An Analysis of Health Insurance Premiums as seen by Douglas W. Elmendorf, The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office  Director, says that Health Insurers Will Need To Increase Premiums Between 1% And 9% As A Result Of ObamaCare.  “Health insurers say they plan to raise premiums for some Americans as a direct result of the health overhaul in coming weeks, complicating Democrats' efforts to trumpet their signature achievement before the midterm elections. Already Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield plans and other  carriers have asked for premium increases of between 1% and 9% to pay for extra benefits required under the law! 

Well, all I can say is, welcome to Obamacare, where we reward those who break the laws, and pay NO taxes, and screw those of us who abide by the law, who pay our taxes and work for a living and have to pay for those who shouldn’t be here in the first place and those who feel “entitled”, like illegals who come through the back door into our country and who 1/2 of them are Obama's relatives.
We are already paying for their medical care! County Hospitals have to take in and treat anyone, regardless of whether or not they will pay. And whether or not they are illegals!

All I know is that when I or any member of my family go to a Doctor or to the Hospital I pay for it.. But not the illegals they send the bill to Obama and I wind up paying for them as well.
Why do you think you pay 20 bucks for an aspirin in a Hospital, it's because you are paying for the BUM'S and the illegals who don't pay anything.

 There's where the problem lies.

But The Supreme Court has spoken, and Obamacare will remain the law of the land. UNLESS the Dictator in Chief is defeated in November, and Mitt Romney is successful in overturning it.

So, if you are against this bill as I am, then “our mission is clear: If we want to get rid of Obamacare, we're going to have to replace President Obama.”
